Terms of Service

1. Definitions

  • Platform: the website mediaspacemarket.com and all associated services
  • Advertiser: a user who buys advertising space via the Platform
  • Publisher: a user who offers advertising space via the Platform
  • Auction: a time-limited bidding process for last-minute advertising space

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all use of the Platform, including creating an account, placing bids, purchasing advertising space and using the AI ad creator.

3. Account and registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Keeping your login credentials confidential
  • All activities that occur under your account

4. Auctions and bidding

When participating in auctions, the following applies:

  • A bid is binding. You cannot withdraw a placed bid.
  • The highest bidder at the end of the auction wins the advertising space.
  • The winner is obliged to pay the bid amount.
  • MediaspaceMarket reserves the right to cancel an auction.

5. Fixed-price purchases

When purchasing advertising space at a fixed price, the purchase is final after confirmation. You will receive delivery specifications and must deliver the advertising material on time.

6. AI ad creator

The AI ad creator is a tool for generating advertisements. While we strive for spec-compliant output, you are responsible for reviewing the final result before delivery.

7. Liability

MediaspaceMarket acts as a marketplace and is not a party to transactions between advertisers and publishers. We are not liable for the quality, accuracy or timeliness of the offered advertising space.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights to the website, brand and software of MediaspaceMarket belong to MediaspaceMarket B.V. Copying or distributing content from the Platform without permission is not allowed.

9. Applicable law

These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
