Account & registration
How do I create an account?
Click "Register" in the navigation and choose whether you are an advertiser or publisher. Fill in your company details and verify your email address. Your account is immediately active.
What is the difference between advertiser and publisher?
Advertisers buy advertising space to promote their brand or product. Publishers offer advertising space via the platform to sell their media inventory.
Can I change my account details?
Yes. Log in and go to Dashboard → Settings. There you can update your profile, company details and brand identity.
I forgot my password. What now?
Click "Login" and then "Forgot password". Enter your email address and you will receive a reset link.
Buying advertising space
How do I buy advertising space?
Go to "Media space" via the menu. Filter by channel, region or budget and click "More info" on a listing. On the detail page click "Buy now" to confirm the purchase.
Which media channels are available?
The platform offers advertising space in digital media (display, video), newspapers & magazines, radio, television, and out-of-home (billboards, roadside screens).
Can I buy multiple items at once?
Yes, you can purchase multiple ad placements individually. A shopping basket for bulk purchases is in development.
How do I know what to deliver?
The detail page of each listing shows the delivery specifications (format, file type, maximum file size, etc.). You can also use the AI Ad Maker to directly generate a spec-compliant file.
Auctions & bidding
How does an auction work?
Publishers list last-minute advertising space at a heavily reduced starting price. You place a bid and follow the auction live. The highest bidder at closing wins the space and is notified immediately.
Is a bid binding?
Yes, every bid placed is binding. Make sure you can and want to pay the amount. Bids cannot be withdrawn.
What is the minimum bid?
The minimum bid is the current highest bid plus the minimum increment (shown on the auction page). The system will notify you if your bid is too low.
What happens if I am outbid?
You immediately receive a notification (email and in-app) that you have been outbid. You can then place a new, higher bid if you wish.
Payment & invoices
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard and SEPA bank transfer on invoice (for approved business accounts).
When do I receive my invoice?
Invoices are generated immediately after a confirmed purchase or won auction and sent by email. You can also find them in Dashboard → Orders.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, all invoices include a VAT breakdown. Enter your VAT number in your company details for a correct invoice.
For publishers
How do I make advertising space available?
In your publisher dashboard go to "Create listing". Select the media channel, enter the specifications, price and duration, and publish the item directly to the platform.
How do I set a discount price for an auction?
When creating choose "Last-minute auction". Enter the regular rate-card price and then set either a discount percentage or a sale price. The system automatically calculates the missing field.
Can I set my brand identity?
Yes. After logging in go to Dashboard → Settings. There you can upload your logo, brand colour and house-style fonts. These are used in the AI Ad Maker.
AI Ad Maker
What is the AI Ad Maker?
The AI Ad Maker automatically generates advertisements based on the delivery specifications of the chosen media space, combined with your brand identity (logo, colours, fonts). You can download and deliver the result directly.
Is the output guaranteed to be spec-compliant?
The tool aims for spec-compliant output, but you are responsible for reviewing the final result before delivering it to the publisher.
Which export formats are supported?
Currently the tool supports PNG export. Further formats (JPG, PDF, HTML5 banners) will be added in future versions.
